I cannot recommend this programme highly enough. Our son came home a different person from his stay. He had a great time, made new friends, and “..learned a load of new stuff!”. Last year he set his sights on winning a medal in a tough sporting competition.
He planned out what he needed to do and followed his own regime in preparing for it. He came home with two golds without us having gotten involved. (We were so proud of him!). The skills he needed to plan and organise himself for this were all learned at the Inside Out camp. We are so thankful for the wonderful time he had, for what he learned, and for the amazing boost in his confidence since attending it💗 Thank you Inside Out!!

Inside Out was ISI’s first ever ‘stay away’ camp and she was very nervous. Cut to the end of the week & she didn’t want to leave. She made some fantastic new friends, learned new skills and grew hugely in confidence and self belief. Thank You to the amazing Inside Out crew. An absolutely brilliant camp!! See you next year!

My son (15) spent a week at ‘Inside Out camp’ each of the last 2 years and absolutely loved it. We were looking for a residential summer together. camp for him initially as he was disappointed that he couldn’t join his friends in the Gaeltacht, being exempt from Irish.
There are very few opportunities for such camps in Ireland so this is very special and we were delighted to come across it. There is a great programme of activities which mixes sports and crafts, yoga, music and baking and we especially liked the fact that he was off his phone for nearly the entire time he was there.
What struck me too was the difference between all the kids from that first morning when they were dropped off ,standing around quietly waiting for us to leave and the last, which was a riot of colour (home made tie dye shirts) and excitement ,everyone saying good bye to all the coaches and friends after having spent a great week together.
We appreciated too the time Tracey and her team took to contact us in the run up to the camp week to check in and get to know a bit about our son. I would heartily recommend this camp. Our son is keen to go again this year and I hope the age limit may be raised so that he may be eligible to go next year too!

Cannot speak highly enough of this Camp and the amazing experience my daughter has had on it since it started in 2022 and again in 2023. She loved every minute of it and all the new friendships she made.
The leaders are amazing and it is so well organised, with every single aspect of the day filled with great attention to detail and most importantly fun. The learning of life skills, the ability to make decisions, feel confident in yourself and compassionate to others was something I seen in my daughter development after this amazing camp.
I am so thrilled it’s back for another year. Congratulations. Tracey Moran and team. I know you put so much of hard work and yourselves into this. An amazing camp, none of the likes of it available here in the West of Ireland for sure.

I loved the camp. It is my favourite camp ever. The coaches were really nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We had loads of activities to do every day and I liked the bushcraft and swimming especially. We also had some free time and were able to go on our phones for a bit in the evening. The food was really good and the dorms were nice and spacious.
We had a party on the last night around a camp fire which was great fun. I can’t wait to go again.
