HOW IT STARTED
Growing up can be a difficult time for teens. The founder of Inside Out Camp, Tracey Moran Russouw was motivated to create a camp that helps to build confidence, because of her own struggles with self esteem during her teenage years.
Inside Out Camp aims to support teens by teaching them a range of life skills and introducing them to new activities to help them learn more about themselves. Campers will learn the importance of communication, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and leadership, in a non-academic setting. Tracey worked with a number of mental health and youth experts to put together a summer camp like no other!
