HOW IT STARTED
Growing up can be a difficult time for teens. The founder of Inside Out Camp, Tracey Moran Russouw truly believes that every teen deserves to experience camp as part of their personal development. Having struggled with self-confidence and low self-esteem during her own teenage years Tracey was motivated to create a camp that focuses on building confidence by having a better understanding of self.
Inside Out Camp aims to support teens by teaching them a range of life skills and introducing them to new activities to help them learn more about themselves. Campers will learn the importance of communication, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and leadership, in a non-academic setting. Tracey worked with and has been inspired by a number of leadership, youth and mental health experts to create a summer camp like no other!
